Davinhulme provide locking and unlocking to both residential and commercial, upon arrival our guards will ensure the building and premises are locked or unlocked to your requirement

By having a dedicated officer on site, you can be assured that your building is fully secured, and your staff are protected during working hours. It also ensures your premises are protected by setting alarms and closing blinds to ensure windows are covered

All keys are kept sealed and each seal is uniquely numbered and recorded in our log book to ensure the keys are easily traceable

Our key holders can reset alarm systems, arrange emergency building repairs and ensure that the premises are secure before they leave.

As your keyholder for your premises we can also provide out of hours access for contractors or deliveries when requested by the client and approved, we can also remain on site to supervise contractors should they be alone or return after they have left to ensure a full check and secure of the premises.
